Amazing quality! The sample piece was perfect, exact to my expectations. Even after frequent usage for a few months, no sign of rust or scratches (though I’m careful not to drop it). Keeps water cold for a very long time. Realised that the cap can be replaced with other “heads” I own, which makes it versatile, can be used for pet and human. You won’t be able to find a product comparable to this design anywhere else. Can’t comment on customization as I didn’t request for engraving, but will definitely turn to this supplier for bulk business orders in future when I’m ready. Perhaps my only critique would be that I wished it was possible to adjust the sizing of the silicone bowl, as this bottle is likely meant for small to medium dogs, and the current bowl takes up quite a lot of space.
